COVID-19 Update
Our Response and Commitment to You
March 16, 2020
Dear NeuroCatch community,
For the past few weeks, we at NeuroCatch Inc. have been closely monitoring the spread of COVID-19 across Canada, and we have been following guidance from the Canadian Public Health Agency and the BC Center for Disease Control. As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are always considering what is best for the health and safety of our staff and the communities that we serve.
In an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19, last week we decided that for the safety of our community, our employees would transition to working remotely and do our part to “flatten the curve”. Our team remains available during regular business hours by phone (1-844-847-1264) and by email ([email protected]) to assist with any inquiries or support requests.
We are continuing to monitor the evolving situation closely and will be providing updates as they become available. All our decisions during this pandemic have and will continue to be made based on the recommendations of the Canadian Public Health Agency, the BC Center for Disease Control and the BC Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry.
In the meantime, let’s all do our part to help, using patience, hand washing, self-isolation and all necessary measures as directed by the Office of Public Health.
Thank you for your patience, understanding and trust in NeuroCatch Inc.
Take care,
The NeuroCatch team
